James A. Lillis B.Comm. joined CFM Capital in 2000. He brings with him considerable knowledge of all elements of the mergers and acquisitions process. James is an experienced professional with many years hands on experience of initiating, negotiating and completing transactions.

He held senior positions in James Crean PLC, the diversified industrial holding group and with other Irish PLCs. He has extensive knowledge of both the Irish and UK M&A scene where he has acquired, disposed and restructured businesses. He was also a senior executive in the IDA where he managed the inward investment programme.
