Enda leads the  corporate finance team specialising in mergers and acquisitions, funding structures and financing, valuations, business planning and mentoring. He has been with the firm since 1989 has extensive experience of corporate finance and business advisory services. From his consulting background he specialised in business advancement, including strategic planning, organisational management and change implementation. Since 2000 Enda has focused predominantly on the SME market. He leads the development and provision of business advisory and corporate finance services to owner-managed and family owned businesses, tailoring methodologies and approaches specifically for this sector that utilise best practice from corporate management internationally.
Enda draws experience from a variety of industry sectors including higher education, technology, aviation, distribution, leisure, hotel and catering, manufacturing and the drinks industry.
